Christmas Candle Tilda And A New Challenge At Simply Magnoila

Hello, Lovely blogger friend's.
I hope you are well.
Today see's our new fortnightly challenge at Simply Magnolia and this time our challenge theme is.............FAVOURITE COLOUR COMBO
Our wonderful sponsor for this challenge is Crafty Ribbons with a £10 voucher for one lucky winner!

I have made another Christmas card with my favourite colour combo blue & brown.

I used Christmas Candle Tilda from the Waiting For Christmas 2014 Collection.
The image is stamped with Memento rich cocoa ink onto Neenah cardstock and cut out using a CartUs oval die.
I have coloured the image with Prismacolor and Polychromos pencils and matted the finished image onto a Joy Crafts Noor Design oval.

For my shaped card I used GoKreate XXL frilly frame #5 and Maja Design Enjoying Outdoors papers from LLC
Other dies used are Joy Crafts edge border 5, Christmas Winter, Vintage flourishes holly leaves and Ice crystal circle. Marianne Design Ivy circle. Sizzix On The Edge snow flurries and Cheery Lynn French pastry doily.
I have inked the edges of the die cuts with Tim Holtz tea dye distress ink.
The Marie 'Therese' white lace is from LLC and the white pearl trim is from WOC.

A couple of close up's.
I bought the wooden reindeer from HobbyCraft and embellished it with liberty bells & twine from LLC
I have given the reindeer an eye with a 3mm white s/a pearl.
The bow is tied with 25mm baby blue satin ribbon which was a gift from my very special bloggy friend.
The rusty jingle bells and hemp twine are from The Ribbon Girl

The flower arrangement consists of a larch cone, white flower spray and Vintage crystal star pin all from LLC
The 30mm 2 tone brown wild rose, Kort & Godt white chrysanthemum, 20mm baby blue open rose and blue beaded stamens are from The Ribbon Girl
The 30mm light Ivory wild rose and 15mm tan rose is from WOC.
I have coated the arrangement with Snow - Tex

A close look at Tilda.
(Sorry this picture is not very clear)
I surrounded the image with Frantage shabby white embossing enamel and adhered 3mm white pearl bead string from The Ribbon Girl around the outside.
The buttons on Tilda's coat, pom pom and the candle flame have had a sprinkling of glamour dust.

Inside the card is decorated with design paper and a Spellbinders floral oval.

I hope you like my card?

We would love you to come and join in with our fortnightly challenge.
