Playing On The Beach Tilda And A New Challenge At Simply Magnolia.

Good morning, crafty bloggers.
I hope you are well and enjoying the beautiful sunshine!
It's time again for another super challenge at Simply Magnolia and this time our challenge theme is 
On The Beach.

Magnolia-licious with a surprise package for one lucky crafter.

I used Playing On The Beach Tilda from the Sea Breeze 2013 Collection.
The image is stamped with Memento rich cocoa ink onto Neenah cardstock and cut out using a Spellbinders stately circle.
I have cloured the image with Prismacolor and Polychromos pencils.


For my shaped card I used GoKreate large frame frilly #2 and Maja Design Vintage Spring and Summer Basics papers.
I placed cheese cloth behind the image and used ivory rose organza trim along the bottom.
The dies that I used are Sizzix Dogwood rose and the new Magnolia Doohickey dies Vol 1.
I have inked the papers and dies with Tim Holtz tea dye distress ink.
I placed a few white stamens through the centre of the Dogwood rose and adhered 3mm white pearls onto the seahorse, shell and jellyfish.


Here is a close up of adorable Tilda.
I used Frantage shabby white embossing enamel around the image and paper pieced Tilda's top.
I added Ranger white liquid pearls onto Tilda's top and dotted her cheeks with a Inkssentials opaque white pen.


Inside the card is decorated with the design paper and a stately circle.

Beautiful Tilda

Good afternoon, crafty bloggers.
I hope you are well? It's very hot here in Derbyshire today. I'm melting! Lol!!!

Today there is a new challenge starting at Marvelous Magnolia and this time around our challenge them is Monochrome.

We want to see your lovely cards/projects in monochrome.
I had to look this one up because I thought monochrome was black & white but, as it turns out monochrome is a painting/drawing in different shades of a single colour so I have gone with
PINK

I used Beautiful Tilda from the So Magnolia Butterfly Dreams Collection.
The image is stamped with Memento rich cocoa ink onto Neenah cardstock and cut out using a Spellbinders stately circle.
I have coloured the image with Prismacolor & Polychromos pencils.


For my shaped card I used GoKreate large frame frilly #2 and Maja Design Vintage Autumn Basics papers.
Other dies used are Little Darlings lovely view, Doohickey lovely fence and Memory Box Isabella butterfly. I have inked the edges of the papers and die cuts with Tim Holtz spun sugar ink.
I rubbed spun sugar distress ink over the doily & cheese cloth from ebay and the rose organza trim from The Ribbon Girl.
The pink organza ribbon is from Fantastic Ribbons.
The pink 5mm pearls and tiny rhinestones are from my craft stash.
The dove is from The Ribbon Girl. I used  Frantage shabby pink embossing enamel on it.


I used a selection of flowers from Prima, Wild Orchid Crafts and The Ribbon Girl.

I sprinkled shabby pink embossing enamel around the image and coated Tilda's wings with ArtDeco glamour dust.


Inside the card is decorated with design paper and a Spellbinders stately circle.

Tilda In Evening Dress and some great news!!!

Good afternoon, crafty bloggers.
I hope you are well?

My featured project for today was supposed to be my second guest designer creation for Lovely HAnglar Or Sweet Magnolia but, Sara has asked me to join the design team on a permanent basis. I was so delighted to be asked to join the other ladies.

Today's challenge for the next two weeks is
BUTTONS

I have made a drawer easel card. I made it for a friend to give his Mother for her 60th Birthday.
Warning! Picture heavy. Lol!!!

I used Tilda In Evening Dress from the Little Circus Moscow Collection.
The image is stamped with Memento rich cocoa ink onto Neenah cardstock and cut out using a Spellbinders stately circle.
I have coloured the image with Prismacolor and Polychromos pencils.



For the drawer easel card I used 300gsm white Conqueror card, Kraft card and Maja Design Vintage Spring Basics papers.
Other dies used are La - La - Land lovely view, filigree corner and Memory Box classic numbers.
I used Martha Stewart daisy border punch on the base of the card.
I inked the papers, dies and daisy border with Tim Holtz tea dye distress ink.
The white doily is from ebay.
The lace across the centre and base of the card is from my local craft store and the rose organza, pearl Ivory bead trim, heart shaped buttons, resin cameo roses frame, Lucy white fine vintage style cluny lace and hemp twine are from The Ribbon Girl.
I painted the frame with white Gesso and used the cluny lace to tie a bow and adhered a heart shaped button to  the centre.
I made the white butterflies with Martha Stewart molds and clay.

I had decorated inside the drawer but, forgot to take a photo.

I have used a selection of flowers from The Ribbon Girl and Wild Orchid Crafts.
The blue beaded berries are Magnolia.

I sprinkled Frantage shabby white embossing enamel around the image and used Ranger white liquid pearls for the champagne bubbles.
I dotted Tilda's cheeks with a Inkssentials opaque white pen and added a few 3mm white pearls around the image.

Christmas In July At Simply Magnolia.

Good morning, crafty bloggers.

I used Tilda Sitting On Christmas Gift.
The image is stamped with Memento rich cocoa ink onto Neenah cardstock and cut out using a Spellbinders floral oval.
I have coloured the image with Prismacolor & Polychromos pencils.




For my shaped card I have used GoKreate large frame frilly #2 and  Lili Of The Valley
 Krafty Christmas papers.
Other dies used are Marianne Design Creatables Ivy circle, Little Darlings lovely view, Doohickey slender fir, jolly tag, lovely fence and Cheery Lynn pine branches.
I also used Martha Stewart punch woodland branches.
I have inked the papers and all the dies with Tim Holtz tea dye distress ink.
I placed a piece of cheese cloth behind the image.


Here is a photo of the jolly tag removed from the corp canvas mini bag.
The sentiment is Magnolia Vintage Merry Christmas Post Mark. I have stamped it with Memento rich cocoa ink and added Frantage shabby white embossing enamel to each corner.
I have tied shabby white seam binding through the tag.


Here is a close up of Tilda.
I sprinkled shabby white embossing enamel around the image and added ArtDeco glamour dust to Tilda's hat trim, pom pom and cuff.
I dotted Tilda's cheek with an Inkssential opaque white pen.


The roses are from Wild Orchid Crafts and the beaded berries are from The Ribbon Girl.
The tiny wooden stars are from Live & Love crafts.


Inside the card is decorated with Krafty Christmas paper and a Spellbinders floral oval.

Over The Top Or Cas At Marvelous Magnolia.

Good afternoon, crafty bloggers.

I used Tilda As A Clown from the Once Upon A Time 2013 Collection.
The image is stamped with Memento rich cocoa ink onto Neenah cardstock and cut out using a Spellbinders floral oval.
I have coloured the image with Prismacolor & Polychromos pencils.


For my shaped card I used GoKreate large frame frilly #2 and Maja Design Vintage Spring Basics papers. I have also cut out the blue butterflies from the Maja Design Papers.
Other dies used are Little Darlings lovely view, Doohickey lovely fence, jolly tag and twisted swirl.
I have inked all the dies with Tim Holtz tea dye distress ink.
The pretty lace across the centre is from ebay and the diamond lace across the bottom of the card is from The Ribbon Girl.
The Birthday sentiment is from Lili Of The Valley.

The mini bag, blue shabby seam binding and string pearls are from Live & Love Crafts.

I sprinkled Frantage shabby white embossing enamel around the image and added ArtDeco glamour dust to the collar and pom pom on Tilda's hat.
I Dotted Tilda's cheeks wit a Inkssentials opaque white pen.

The blue beaded berries are Magnolia.

Guest Designer For Lovely HAnglar Or Sweet Magnolia.

Hello, crafty bloggers.
I hope you are well?
I am so delighted to be chosen as guest designer for the next two challenges at
Thank you ladies.
The challenge theme for the next two weeks is
Summer Fun!


I used Playing On The beach Tilda from the Sea Breeze 2013 Collection.
The image is stamped with Memento rich cocoa ink onto Neenah cardstock and cut out using a Spellbinders opulent oval.
I have coloured the image with Prismacolor pencils.


For my shaped card I used GoKreate large frame frilly #2 and Maja Design Vintage Spring Basics and Sofiero papers.
Other dies used are Little Darlings lovely view, La - La - Lands filigree corner, Cheery Lynn nautical wheeler doily, Magnolia Doohickey lovely fence, Magnolia Doohickey jolly tag and Cheery Lynn pine branches. I have inked the papers and die cuts with Tim Holtz tea dye distress ink.
The ivory rose organza and 5mm pink pearls are from The Ribbon Girl.
I have cut out the butterflies from Maja Design Vintage spring basics papers and inked the edges with Tim Holtz spun sugar distress ink.

The mini bag, pearl string and blue shabby seam binding are from Live & Love crafts.

I sprinked some Frantage shabby white embossing enamel around the image and  paper pieced Tilda's top with Maja Design Vintage Spring basics paper. I have added Ranger white liquid pearls to Tilda's top, hat and randomly around the image.
I used a Inkssentials opaque white pen to dot Tilda's cheeks.


I used a selection of flowers for the arrangement from The Ribbon Girl, Wild Orchid Crafts and Live & Love Crafts.
I Frantaged the daisy with shabby pink embossing enamel.
The anchor charm is from The Ribbon Girl and the twine is from Fantastic Ribbons.


Inside the card is decorated with Maja Design paper and a Spellbinders opulent oval.
