Hello, lovely blogger friend's.
I hope you are well.
All of June's posts here on my blog are scheduled as I am going to be out of action for the next couple of months.
I was picked at random in May to guest for Paradise Of Stamps for which I feel honoured.
Thanks for having me guest for you Laurigami!
The challenge theme is..........................BUTTERFLIES
I just love butterflies! Don't you!?
I used Santoro Gorjuss Dear Apple.
The image is stamped with Memento rich cocoa ink onto Bristol board extra smooth cardstock.
I have coloured the image with Prismacolor and Polychromos pencils and cut
around the image freehand.
For the shape of my card I used GoKreate large frame frilly #5 and Maja Design Vintage Spring Basics paper stack.
Other dies used are: Cheery Lynn French pastry doily, Spellbinders lattice hearts, Marianne Design Ivy circle and Magnolia Doohickey bloomy tags.
I have inked the die cuts with Tim Holtz Vintage photo distress ink.
I have embellished the card with lots of gorgeous products from The Ribbon Girl online store.
Just click onto the links below to take you directly to the products;
45mm 'Blanche' Embroidered Tulle Lace, Pk Of 10 Rose Leaves 25mm - 30mm, Ballerina Blossoms Ivory White Pk Of 3, Chrysanth White Kort & Godt, Ivory 20mm Open Roses WOC, Red 12 - 15mm Paper Roses, Apple Red Pk Of 3, Cheesecloth Fabric 50cm x 80cm, 3mm White Pearl Bead String, 5 metres Venetian (Christmas Red) Seam Binding, 5 Metres White Seam Binding, 3mm White s/a Pearl Flatbacks, 5 Metre Bundle Of Natural Hemp Twine, Trinket Pins Vintage Style Ivory Pearl & Daisy-May With Box Of Apples Bronze Charm
Here is a closer look at the floral arrangements.
I used Glamour Dust on the apple.
I die cut a Spellbinders floral oval and matted a CartUs oval onto it adding a sprinkling of Frantage shabby white embossing enamel around the inside.
I adhered a string of 3mm white pearl bead string around the outside of the oval.
The butterflies are cut out using a sheet of Pion Studio Of Memories design paper. I painted the edges of their wings with white Gesso.
The image which I loved colouring has been adhered using 2mm 3D sticky tape.
I have dotted her cheeks with a white gelly roll pen.
Inside the card is decorated with design paper and the smallest of a GoKreate large frame frilly #5 die cut.
I hope you like my card?
That's all from me! I will be back with another scheduled post on Sunday.
Thank you for stopping by to visit today and big thanks for all the lovely comments.
