New Challenge at Marvelous Magnolia.....................Lets See A Doily.

Good afternoon, crafty bloggers.
We have a new challenge starting today at Marvelous Magnolia and this time our challenge theme is
Lets See A Doily.
We want to see a doily on your cards/projects. A nice easy one. Don't you think?
Our wonderful sponsors for this challenge are.....................
Hobbycutz
The Ribbon Girl
Tilda's Town

For my DT card I have made a shaped card featuring Special Stamps Collection Koala Hugs Tilda and have used a Cheery Lynn Nautical Wheeler doily die cut on the card for this challenge.

I have used Neenah cardstock to cut a Spellbinders floral oval and stamped Koala Hugs Tilda onto it with Memento rich cocoa ink.
I have coloured the image with Prismacolor and Polychromos pencils and surrounded the image with a sprinkling of Frantage shabby white embossing enamel from Live & Love Crafts.
I inked around the edges of the floral oval with Tim Holtz tea dye distress ink.

I have made the shaped card with 300gsm white Conqueror card and GoKreate large frames frilly #2 from Cuttingedgecrafts.
The pretty papers are Maja Design Vintage Autumn Basics from Live & Love Crafts.
I inked the edges of the Doohickey Vintage Box Lacing Coffee and adhered it to the bottom of the design paper.
The doily is Cheery Lynn Nautical Wheeler doily. I bought the doily with a voucher I won to spend at Tilda's Town. I inked around the doily with tea dye distress ink. The pretty lace is from Ebay. You can find the lace HERE.
The filigree corner is La-La-Land and the dragonfly is Doohickey. I have inked both with tea dye distress ink and adhered 3mm white pearls down the centre of the dragonfly.
I have made a double bow with sky blue handmade shabby seam binding from Live & Love crafts and adhered a flower shaped pearl to the centre.
The 60mm bark heart is from Live & Love Crafts and the Lilibet wooden hugs sentiment is from Hobby Craft.

The flower arrangement consists of a 30mm ivory wild rose, 15mm tan roses and 10mm white roses from Wild Orchid Crafts.
White chrysanthemums and marshmallow frosted berries from Live & Love crafts and blue Kort & Godt rolled roses, white beaded twirls and the birdcage charm all from The Ribbon Girl.
I have placed Cheery Lynn pine branches, Martha Stewart woodland branches and a Doohickey Heart swirl between the flowers. I inked the branches with tea dye distress ink.

A close up of Koala Hugs Tilda.
I added Ranger glossy accents to koala's nose and dotted Tilda's cheeks with a Inkssentials opaque white pen. I have also placed 3mm tan pearls around the image.

Inside the card is decorated with Maja Design paper and a Spellbinders floral oval.

Our challenges are 2 weekly and we would love for you to come and join in with the challenge.
My teamies have designed some gorgeous creations. Why not pop over to have a nosey?
