Moulin Rouge Tilda & Theatre Curtain.

Good evening, Crafty bloggers.
Today I have made a card featuring Moulin Rouge Tilda & Theatre Curtain.
Also for the very first time I have coloured the background and used some Fran-tage.
I got in a real mess with the Fran-tage but, I have tried It now and It's fab!

I have made a shaped card using Go Kreate large frames frilly #2 dies.
The pretty papers are Maja Designs Vintage spring from Dies To Die For.
I have inked around the edges with Spun Sugar Distress ink by Tim Holtz.

I have coloured Tilda and Theatre Curtain with Polychromos pencils.
I die cut Tilda with a Sizzix oval die and adhered her onto a Spellbinders Nestibilities
scalloped oval die.

I have used Fran-tage from Crafty Obsessions around Tilda and also to the scalloped die.
Glamour Dust has been added to Tilda's dress, feathers in her hair and the tassels on the curtain.
I placed a 3mm pink pearl at the base of the feathers and added a string of white pearls from
Live & Love Crafts around the image.

The lace across the bottom is from Creative Treasures.
The cheese cloth is from Ebay.

I have cut a Magnolia Floral Heart Swirl, coloured it with a pink Promarker
 adding a selection of flowers.
Prima, Kort & Godt from Live & Love Crafts and
roses from Wild Orchid Crafts. The white flower spray is also from Live & Love Crafts.
5mm pink pearls have been added to the Kort & Godt roses.

The butterfly is from the Magnolia butterfly kit which I have cut around and inked all over with
  Spun Sugar Distress ink.

The sentiment is from Lili Of The Valley which I have stamped onto a Sizzix heart die.

I have cut a smaller Go Kreate die and adhered it inside the card.

Sitting Tilda With Butterfly

Good afternoon, crafty bloggers.
I have been itching to make a shaped card so last week while I was adoring Teresa's beautiful creations I found a fab tutorial on how to make shaped card blanks using GoKreate cutting template's
You can find it HERE..
Now my super bloggy friend Kirsty-Anne generously cut and sent me some shaped templates but, I knocked over a cup of coffee while I was at my craft bench last week and along with the image I had coloured which took me ages to do and all of the shapes she had sent everything got ruined.
I've not told her yet! Lol.
Anyway hubby offered to buy me a pack of GoKreate templates and today they arrived.
I really enjoyed making my card featuring beautiful
Sitting Tilda With Butterfly from the Once Upon A Time Collection.

Here is my card.

I have coloured Sitting Tilda With Butterfly with Polychromos pencils, added Glamour Dust to the butterfly's wings, cut around the image and inked the edges with Tim Holtz Spun Sugar distress ink.
I made the shaped card using GoKreate Large Frames Frilly #2.
The pretty papers are Maja Designs "Vintage Spring Basics" from Dies To Die For.
The Sizzix heart die and butterflies which I have cut around and inked with Tea Dye distress ink are also from the paper collection.
The white paper doily which I have added tiny pink rhinestones to is off of Ebay.
The Guipure lace is from The Ribbon Girl. I have used a selection of flowers. The large pink flower is Prima, the Chrystanth is Kort & Godt. The roses and 3mm white pearls are from
 Wild Orchid Crafts.
The sentiment stamp is from Lili Of The Valley.

I have used the smallest GoKreate template to cut the paper inside the card.

Here you can see Tilda surrounded with the flower arrangement.
I added pink 3mm pearls to the centre of the ivory roses.

Here is a close up of Sitting Tilda With Butterfly.
She is so adorable.

I hope you like my card!

Fairytale Friday. "Little Ballet Bea."

Good morning, crafty bloggers.
It's another Fairytale Friday over on the  Teddy Bo & Co challenge blog
It has been quite a week! I suffer with sciatica which flared up last weekend but, eased off within a couple of days. I managed to sit for short periods of time to colour midweek but, yesterday was a bad day once again and the pain got the better of me so for my card today I have chosen a pre-coloured image. The card took me the best part of yesterday to complete. Lol.

Here is my card.

I have used image TEDDYBEA_223 "Little Ballet Bea" Pre coloured
I used Spun Sugar Tim Holtz distress ink along the edges of white card and with the same colour ink distressed around the edges of some First Editions "Spring Drop" papers and matted them onto the white card.
I cut out four corners with a pair of Fiskars Nostalgia corner scissors
 (I have had them years)
I adhered them to each corner of the card.
I printed the image, cut it out using a Spellbinders Nestibilites Floral Oval and inked the edges. I adhered her onto a larger Floral Oval with sticky pads and then glued it to the centre of card.
For the flower arrangement I have used a selection of roses from Wild Orchid Crafts and the white flower spray is from Live & Love Crafts.
The die cut butterfly is a freebie from the latest issue of Simply Cards & Papercraft which I have added a pink and white 3mm pearl to.
The ballerina shoes charm is from The Ribbon Girl.

Inside the card has been decorated to compliment the front.

A closer look at the flower arrangement.
I removed the leaves and some of the petal's from the darker pink roses at the top so they look like  rose buds.

A close picture of Bea.
I added Ranger Frosted Ice Stikcles to the base of her tutu.

I hope you like my creation?

Our current challenge is 3....2....1.
Three embellishments, two papers and one image.
The challenge ends on Sunday April 28th at midnight UK time.

Good evening, crafty bloggers.
I was so excited about colouring this gorgeous stamp as it is my very first Christmas card featuring
Tilda With Little Rudolf.
I have a small collection now since my lovely bloggy friend introduced me to
Tilda before Christmas last year.

I hope you like it!?!?!

I have stamped Tilda With Little Rudolf and die cut her out using a
Spellbinders Nestibilities Floral Oval.

around the edges of the floral die then I sprayed it with Crafters Companion Spray & Sparkle.
The papers are NitWitCollections "Krafty Christmas" from Lili Of The Valley. I inked around the edges of the papers with Tim Holtz Tea Dye distress ink and matted them onto recycled card.
The 38mm pretty white Guipure lace is from The Ribbon Girl.
I added 3mm white self adhesive pearls in threes around the image and then adhered the die onto the centre of the card with sticky pads placing a piece of cheesecloth underneath.
I cut a Cheery Lynn Holly Flourish die and added some tiny red rhinestones at the base
of the holly leaves and arranged the flowers from the bottom up.
The flowers I used are a white 25mm curly wild rose, 15mm olive green roses, 15mm white roses, 10mm white roses, ivory Gypsophilia and red berries all from
Wild Orchid Crafts.
The Kort & Godt cream rolled roses are from The Ribbon Girl which I have added a 3mm red pearl to each of the centres. The white flower spray is from Live & Love crafts.
The 5mm and 3mm pearls are all from Wild Orchid Crafts and the cute reindeer charm is from
The Ribbon Girl. I have placed a 3mm white pearl over the hole above the charm.
