Tilda With Christmas Lamp Midway Challenge Reminder At LHOSM

Hello, lovely blogger friend's.
I hope you are well.
I'm here with my midway challenge post for Lovely Haenglar Or Sweet Magnolia 
Our challenge theme is.......................
ANYTHING GOES

I have made another Christmas card.

I used Tilda With Christmas Lamp from Magnolia A Little Christmas 2015 Collection.
The image is stamped with Memento rich cocoa ink onto Bristol Board extra smooth cardstock  and cut out using a CartUs oval.
I have coloured the image with Prismacolor and Polychromos pencils and matted the finished image onto a Joy Crafts Noor! oval.

 

For the shape of my card I used GoKreate large frame frilly # 5 and Maja Design Vintage Spring Basics papers from The Ribbon Girl
Other dies used are: Cherry Lynn English tea party doily, French pastry doily and pine branches.
Sizzix on the edge snow flurries, Marianne Design Ivy circle, Joy Crafts Christmas Ice crystal circle and Magnolia Doohickey Vintage mistletoe.

A close look at the floral arrangements.
I have coated the arrangements with Snow - Tex.
The Christmas tree charm is from Live & Love Crafts. 
I hung the charm with natural hemp twine adhered 3mm sea charm and 3mm white s/a pearls into the recesses of the tree.

I surrounded the image with shabby white embossing enamel and adhered a few 3mm sea charm s/a pearls around Tilda.
 I adhered a length of 4mm white pearl string around the outside of the image.
I used glossy accents on the lamp and dotted Tilda's cheeks and eyes with a white gelly roll pen.


Inside the card is decorated with design paper and the smallest of a GoKreate 
large frame frilly #5 die cut.

A Little Prayer And September's Anything Goes - Any Image Challenge At The Ribbon Girl

Hello, lovely blogger friend's.
I hope you are well?
I'm back from a long break. I will explain my absence in the near future.
Today see's a new challenge over on The Ribbon Girl challenge blog. So  for the next two weeks the challenge theme is ......................ANYTHING GOES - USE ANY IMAGE
There are 3 wonderful prizes up for grabs. You can find out more at the end of my post, and believe me you will not be disappointed!

I have made a Christmas card. 
The first of many as the festive season is fast approaching once again!!!

I used A Little Prayer from LOTV
The image is stamped with Memento rich cocoa ink onto Bristol board extra smooth cardstock and cut out using a CartUs oval.
I have coloured the image with Prismacolor & polychromos pencils and matted the finished image onto a Joy Crafts Noor! oval.

I have inked the edges of the die cuts with Tim Holtz Vintage photo distress ink.

I have covered the arrangements with Snow - Tex and lightly dabbed the bronze charm with acrylic paint dabber.


A close look at this adorable little angel.
I surrounded the image with shabby white embossing enamel and adhered a length of 3mm white pearl string around the outside.
I used glamour dust to add sparkle to the wings, stars in her hair and the snow on the ground.
I dotted her cheeks with a white gelly roll pen and adhered 3mm white s/a pearls around the image.


Inside the card is decorated with design paper and the smallest of a GoKreate large frame frilly #2 die cut.

Oh, Christmas Tree! Inspirational Card For The Ribbon Girl

I'm here with an Inspirational card for The Ribbon Girl
I have made another Christmas card using one of the gorgeous new Scrapiniec chipboard Christmas shapes. You can find a wide selection of shapes HERE



For the shape of my card I used GoKreate large frame frill #5 and Maja Design Home For The Holidays paper.
Other dies used are; Cheery Lynn English pastry doily, French pastry doily and pine branches.
Sizzix on the edge snow flurries, Marianne Design Ivy circle. Joy Crafts Billes flourishes and Noor! oval. Magnolia Doohickey bloomy tags.
I have inked the edges of the die cuts with Tim Holtz Vintage photo distress ink.

I coated the arrangements with Snow - Tex.
I cut out the letters JOY from a sheet of Pion studio of memories paper, inked the edges with Vintage photo dtstress ink and adhered them onto the bloomy tag with 2mm sticky pads.

I die cut a CartUs oval, inked the edges with Vintage photo distress ink and sprinkled around the inside with shabby white embossing enamel.
I painted the tree with white Gesso and once dried rubbed over it with SSS Audrey blue premium ink and sprinkled it with glamour dust to make it sparkly.
I adhered a length of white pearl string around the outside and made a base for the tree with the pearl string. I finished it off by adhering 3mm sea charm pearls either side of the tree.


Inside the card is decorated with design paper and the smallest of a GoKreate large frame frilly #5 die cut.

Glistening Season

Hello, lovely blogger friend's.
I hope you are well.

I'm slowly getting back into crafting following 3 lots of major gynae surgery which is why I have been absent for so long. I still have some pain, but gradually Getting back to crafting is the only thing keeping me sane at the moment. So I have a Christmas card to share! 
My first one this year. Only 17 more to go! Lol!!!


For the shape of my card I used GoKreate large frame frilly #2 and Maja Design Home For The Holidays paper from The Ribbon Girl
Other dies used are; Marianne Design Anja's Vintage decoration and Ivy circle. Sizzix on the edge snow flurries, Joy Crafts Billes flourishes and Christmas Ice crystals circle. Cheery Lynn pine branches and Spellbinders floral oval.
I have inked the die cuts with Tim Holtz Vintage photo distress ink.
The gorgeous white 'Marie Therese' lace. sunflower pearl trim, white flower sprays, larch cones, 2 - tone baby blue lilies, Prima blue vax cord  and snowman 2 charm are all from Live & Love Crafts
The green apple is from The Ribbon Girl
The curly Ivory roses are from WOC and the Magnolia blue beaded berries were a surprise gift from my super bloggy friend.


The image is from a sheet of Pion Glistening Season available from Live & Love Crafts
I have cut out the image using a CartUs oval and inked the edges with Vintage photo distress ink then I matted it onto a Spellbinders floral oval with 2mm sticky tape adhering a length of 4mm white pearl string from The Ribbon Girl around the outside.
I have added some sparkle to the snow around the adorable children and edge of the snowman with glamour dust.

I have coated the flowers etc with Snow - Tex. I love the stuff!
The snowman is dabbed with snow cap acrylic paint dabber.


Inside the card is decorated with design paper and the smallest sized GoKreate large frame frilly #2  die cut.
