Guest Design Team member For Live & Love Crafts

Hi Crafty blogger's.
I hope you are well?
I can't believe It's the 1st of May already..............This year is flying!
A couple of weeks ago I was asked by Sandy at LLC If I would like to guest design for May's challenge.Wow! I can't tell you how honoured I am to be asked. Thank you Sandy.
This months challenge over at Live & Love Crafts blog is............................
ICE CREAM. Yum!
Sandy has given me this fab inspiration collage picture for their challenge

I used Tilda With Dripping Ice Cream from the Pink Lemonade 2014 Collection.
The image is stamped with Memento rich cocoa ink onto Neenah cardstock.
Once I coloured the image with Prismacolor and Polychromos pencils I cut around Tilda and adhered her to a CartUs oval. I then placed a piece of cheese cloth behind  the oval and matted them onto a Joy Crafts Noor! Design oval.

For my shaped card I used GoKreate XXL frilly frame #5 and Maja Design Coffee In The Arbour "Lets Share A Cookie" papers.
Other dies used are Marianne Design Anja's Vintage decoration and clock. La - La - Land heart doily border, bulid a bee and cherry blossom branches. Magnolia Doohickey bride bow and bloomy tag. Spellbinders Shapeabilites butterfly ( I adhered a silver ice cream charm to the centre of the butterfly.)
Joy Crafts Billes florishes in the flower arrangement.
I inked the die cuts with Tim Holtz aged mahogany distress ink.
Along the bottom of the card I used 65mm lace Celeste and shabby rose pink organza trim.

For my flower arrangement I used a 30mm light Ivory wild rose and 25mm vintage pink roses, white Kort & Godt chysanthemums, white flower spray, marshmallow frosted berries, pomegranate apples and Vintage pearl pin "crown teardrop."
I painted a little white gesso over the flower arrangement.

The shabby chic frame is Mellissa Frances.
I painted it wit white Gesso and rubbed it over with aged mahogany distress ink.
I printed the keep calm sentiment and reduced the size in MS Word. I sprinked some Frantage shabby white embossing enamel around the sentiment and adhered it behind the frame.

A close look at Dripping Ice Cream Tilda.
I dotted Tilda's cheeks with a Inkssentials opaque white pen.
I added ArtDeco glamour dust to the frills on Tilda's all in one and used glossy accents on the ice cream and drips.
I surrounded the image with Ranger white liquid pearls and 3mm s/a pearls.

Inside the card is decorated with design paper and a Joy Crafts oval.

I hope my card has inspired you to come and join in with this super challenge at LLC

I am entering my card into the following super challenge;

Thank you for stopping by to visit and big thanks for taking the time to comment.
