Celebration Tilda And A New Challenge At Simply Magnolia

Good evening, crafty blogger's.
I hope you are well?
I'm a little late with my challenge post. Sorry!
Today see's a new challenge at Simply Magnolia and this time our challenge theme is;
CAS Or Fully Loaded.
Instead of  a sponsor for this fortnight, the prize will be a Guest DT spot for Simply Magnolia.

I have made an Engagement card.
I used Celebration Tilda from the 4th Graduation 2015 Collection.
The image is stamped with Memento rich cocoa ink onto Neenah cardstock and cut out using a Spellbinders opulent oval.
I have coloured the image with Prismacolor and Polychromos pencils.


For my shaped card I used GoKreate large frame frilly #2 and Maja Design Vintage Spring Basics from Live & Love Crafts
The pretty lace across the bottom of the card is from Wild Orchid Crafts and the pink organza rose trim is from Live & Love Crafts
Other dies used are Marianne Design Anja's Vintage decoration and clock. La - La - Land heart doily border. Magnolia Doohickey Sakura background, Joy Crafts lattice heart and Billes flourishes.



Here are a trio of close ups of the gorgeous embellishments.
I have tired the bow with 32mm Valerie fine lace and adhered a oval pink diamante embellishment both from The Ribbon Girl
I have adhered a shabby bark heart from Live & Love Crafts onto the lattice heart and embellished a heart button with twine and a 5mm pink pearl all from The Ribbon Girl
I have computer generated the sentiment using MS Word and sprinkled a little Frantage shabby white embossing enamel around it.The oval Chiswick frame is Melissa Francis. I painted the frame with white Gesso.


For the flower arrangement I Used a 25mm wild rose, 20mm pink roses, white flower spray, Kort & Godt chrysanthemums, pink and white pomegranate apples and frosted marshmallow beaded berries all from Live & Love Crafts
The pretty pink princess pin is from The Ribbon Girl 


A close up of Celebration Tilda.
I surrounded the image with shabby white embossing enamel and used ArtDeco glamour dust to the roses and decoration in Tilda's hair.
I used glossy accents on the champagne glass and  gold liquid pearls for the bubbles.


Inside the card is decorated with design paper and a Spellbinders floral oval.

Cute Sakura Tilda And A New Challenge At LHOSM

Hello again, crafty blogger's.
Today see's the start of a new challenge at Lovely Haenglar Or Sweet Magnolia and this time our challenge theme is BUTTONS or BOWS.
We want to see at least one button or bow on your card/project not forgetting to include a Magnolia or Haenglar image.

I have made another shaped Birthday card.
I used Cute Sakura Tilda from the new Sakura 2015 Collection and masked her with Hay Bale from the Pink Lemonade 2014 Collection.
The images are stamped with Memento rich cocoa ink onto Neenah cardstock and cut out using a Spellbinders floral oval.
I have coloured the images with Prismacolor and Polychromos pencils.


For my shaped card I used GoKreate large frame frill #2 and Maja Design Coffee In The Arbour papers from Live & Love Crafts
 Other dies used are Joy Crafts edge border 5, banner and Billes flourishes. La - La - Land heart doily border, cherry blossom branches and build a bee. Marianne Design clock. Cheery Lynn French pastry doily, Spellbinders shapeabilities butterfly and Magnolia Doohickey bride bow.
I inked all the die cuts with Tim Holtz frayed burlap distress ink.
The pretty lace is called Celeste from Live & Love Crafts




I used a selection of flowers for the arrangement. They are 40mm white mulberry daisies and white beaded stamen from The Ribbon Girl
 25mm vintage roses, white lilies and 15mm pale green roses from WOC
The white flower spray is from Live & Love Crafts




The resin cameo roses frame flat back from The Ribbon Girl.
I painted the frame with white Gesso and adhered the Spellbinders butterfly to the centre with sticky pads. The 3mm white pearl bead string along the centre of the butterfly is from

I painted some white Gesso along the edges of the bow.

I have surrounded the image with 3mm sea charm s/a pearl flat backs from The Ribbon Girl and used glossy accents to the flower.
I dotted Tilda's cheeks with a Inkssentials opaque white pen.
The butterfly is Woodware tiny butterfly punch.


Inside the card is decorated with design paper and a Spellbinders floral oval.

The Ribbon Girl May Magnolia Only Challenge - Tilda With Daffodil Basket

Good Morning, crafty blogger's.
I am here today with my Guest DT creation for The Ribbon Girl May Magnolia Only Challenge.
The theme this time is BIRTHDAY.
There are 2 fabulous prizes up for grabs. 
The first is a £10 voucher to spend at The Ribbon Girl online store and the second prize is a rubber stamp kindly donated by Magnolia Stamps Sweden.





I have made a shaped card.
I used Tilda With Daffodil Basket from the Little Easter 2013 Collection.
The image is stamped with Memento rich cocoa ink onto neenah cardstock and cut out using a CartUs oval and matted onto a Joy Crafts Noor! oval.
I have coloured the image with Prismacolor and Polychromos pencils.




For my shaped card I used GoKreate large frame frillly #2 and Maja Design Vintage Summer Basic papers from LLC.
Other dies used are Marianne Design Anja's Vintage decoration and clock. La - La - Land heart doily border and cherry blossom branches. Cheery Lynn French pastry doily and Joy Crafts Billes flourishes. I inked the die cuts with SSS Audrey blue premium dye ink pad.
Here is a list of all the yummy embellishments I used from The Ribbon Girl
 32mm Valerie fine lace, 5mm flat back Ivory flower string, 3mm x 5mm oval white pearl string, 15mm pearl & diamante embellishment, butterfly diamante golden colour, 40mm daisy white mulberry, pale pink 20mm open rose WOC, beaded stamen white and white hat pins.



Here is a close look at the flower arrangement.
The turquoise 25mm roses are from WOC.
I used Frantage shabby white embossing enamel in the centre of the 40mm mulberry daisies.


I tied a bow with 32mm Valerie fine lace and adhered the 15mm pearl & diamante embellishment to the centre.
I painted a little white Gesso onto the butterfly diamante embellishment and rubbed Audrey blue ink over it dotting some white liquid pearls along the centre.


Here is a close look at Tilda.
I used white liquid pearls around the flowers and adhered 3mm white s/a pearls around the image.
I dotted Tilda's cheeks with a Inkssentials opaque white pen.


Inside the card is decorated with design paper and a Joy Crafts Noor! oval.

I'm Over The Moon!!!

Hello, lovely blogger's.
I'm over the moon!
I am the newest proud DT member for The Ribbon Girl
I am so delighted to be joining such a wonderful and talented team.
Thank you Mary & Andrea.
As you know I absolutely adore my Maggies, but joining the team will give me the opportunity to colour something different and believe me I have lots of different rubber stamps waiting to be inked up. They might need some dusting though. Lol!!!
I will be showcasing my first creation as DT member on the 14th June.

Celebration Tilda And A New Challenge At Simply Magnolia.

I hope you are well?
Today we start our new fortnightly challenge at Simply Magnolia and this time our challenge theme is HEAVY METAL!

I have made a 70th Birthday card.

I used Celebration Tilda from the 4th Graduation 2015 Collection.
The image is stamped with Memento rich cocoa ink onto Neenah cardstock and cut out using a CartUs oval and matted onto a Joy Crafts Noor! oval.
I have coloured the image with Prismacolor and Polychromos pencils.


For my shaped card I used GoKreate large frame frilly #2 and Maja Design Vintage Spring Basics from Live & Love Crafts
Other dies used are Marianne Design Anja's vintage decoration and clock. La - La - Land heart doily border and cherry blossom branches. Cheery Lynn French pastry doily. Magnolia Doohickey bride bow and Joy Crafts Billes flourishes.
I inked the die cuts with Tim Holtz chipped sapphire distress ink.
The pretty lace is from ebay and the white pearl trim is from Wild Orchid Crafts




For my flower arrangement I used a 30mm dusky blue wild rose, 20mm white and dusky blue roses, Kort & Godt white crysanthemums and a blue princess pin all from The Ribbon Girl
The marshmallow frosted berries are from Live & Love Crafts
I painted a wooden birdcage with white Gesso and decorated it with a shabby bark heart, a 15mm dusky blue rose and 3mm white string pearls.
The bark heart is from Live & Love Crafts I used Memory Box classic numbers for the number 70.


The oval blue diamante embellishment and large silver butterfly charm are from
I painted the butterfly with white Gesso and rubbed it over with chipped sapphire distress ink.
I adhered 5mm and 3mm s/a blue and white pearls into the 5 spaces on the butterfly.



A close look at Celebration Tilda.
I have used glamour dust on the decoration in Tilda's hair and on the roses surrounding her.
The glass has been emelllished with glossy accents and I used gold liquid pearls for the bubbles.
I surrounded the image with 3mm white s/a pearls and white liquid pearls.
Tilda's cheeks have been dotted with a Inkssentials opaque white pen.


Inside the card is decorated with design paper and a Spellbinders floral oval.

Loves Me Loves Me Not Tilda and a new challenge at LHOSM

I'm back again!!! This time with my challenge post for Lovely Haenglar Or Sweet Magnolia

I have made a Birthday card.

I used Loves Me Loves Me Not Tilda from the Lovely Duo 2015 Collection.
The image is stamped with Memento rich cocoa ink onto Neenah cardstock and cut out using a CartUs oval and then matted onto a Spellbinders opulent oval.
I have coloured the image with Prismacolor and Polychromos pencils.


For my shaped card I used GoKreate large frame frilly #2 and Maja Design Coffee In The Arbour papers from Live & Love Crafts
Other dies used are Marianne Design Anja's vintage decoration and clock. Cheery Lynn French pastry doily. La - La - Land heart doily border, cherry blossom branches and build a bee.Magnolia Doohickey bride bow, Joy Crafts ladybird border and Billes flourishes.
I inked the die cuts with Tim Holtz aged mahogany distress ink.
The lace across the centre of the card is from The Ribbon Girl and the white pearl trim is from Wild Orchid Crafts
 The shabby white ruffle trim along the bottom is from Live & Love Crafts and the 5mm white pearl string is from my craft stash.


For the flower arrangement I used Kort & Godt white chrysanthemum and hortensias, pink poppy and white flower spray all from Live & Love Crafts
The 30mm light Ivory rose is from Wild Orchid Crafts and the pink rose is Prima.
The Birthday sentiment is grungy everyday sentiment from LOTV.
I coloured the balloons on the sentiment and added glossy accents to them.


A close look at Tilda. I love her!
I have used glamour dust on the centre of the flower and adhered a 5mm dark red pearl to Tilda's hair band. I have dotted her cheeks with a Inkssentials opaque white pen.
The butterflies surrounding the image are punched out with a Woodware tiny butterfly punch and I have used white liquid pearls to dot along the butterflies centres.


Inside the card is decorated with design paper and a Spellbinders stately circle.
As you can seen in this photo there are no bees! That's because I decided to add them to my card after I had taken the first lot of photos without them I couldn't make up my mind whether to add the bees or not so when I took the second lot of photos with the bees on the card I forgot to take a side view. Lol!!! I am so indecisive .

Swirly Tilda And Midway Reminder At Simply Magnolia.

I have made my fourth Christmas card for 2015.

I used Swirly Tilda from the Waiting For Christmas 2014 Collection.
The image is stamped with Memento rich cocoa ink onto Neenah cardstock and cut out using a CartUs oval and matted onto a Joy Crafts Noor! oval.
I have coloured the image with Prismacolor and Polychromos pencils.


For my shaped card I used GoKreate large frame frilly #2 amd Maja Design Vintage Frost Basics papers from Live & Love Crafts
Other dies used are Joy Crafts edge border 5, Noor! Christmas ice crystal border and Billes flourishes. Marianne Design Ivy circle and Christmas tree 1. Magnolia Doohickey lovely fence and Ivy swirls. Cheery Lynn French pastry doily.
I inked the die cuts with Tim Holtz spun sugar distress ink.
The pretty lace across the bottom of the card is from Wild Orchid Crafts and the lace that I tied into a bow with is from The Ribbon Girl 



For the flower arrangement I used  a 30mm light Ivory wild rose, a 25mm baby pink rose and a 20mm pale pink rose all from Wild Orchid Crafts
The pine cone, white flower spray, pomegranate apples and vintage pearl pin are all from 
I coated the arrangement with Snow - Tex.
The bark star and jingle bells are also from Live & Love Crafts
I also coated the star, jingle bells, tree and fence with Snow - Tex.
The JOY charm is from my crafty stash. I painted it with white Gesso.


A close look at Swirly Tilda.
I have adhered 3mm pearl string around the image and added ArtDeco glamour dust to the swirls and halo.
The tiny wood veneer stars surrounding Tilda are from Live & Love Crafts
I have given them some added sparkle with glamour dust.
I dotted Tilda's cheeks with a Inkssentials opaque white pen.


Inside the card is decorated with design paper and a Joy Crafts Noor! oval.

Guest Design Team member For Live & Love Crafts

Hi Crafty blogger's.
I hope you are well? 
I can't believe It's the 1st of May already..............This year is flying!
A couple of weeks ago I was asked by Sandy at LLC If I would like to guest design for May's challenge.Wow! I can't tell you how honoured I am to be asked. Thank you Sandy.
This months challenge over at Live & Love Crafts blog is............................
ICE CREAM. Yum!
Sandy has given me this fab inspiration collage picture for their challenge



I used Tilda With Dripping Ice Cream from the Pink Lemonade 2014 Collection.
The image is stamped with Memento rich cocoa ink onto Neenah cardstock.
Once I coloured the image with Prismacolor and Polychromos pencils I cut around Tilda and adhered her to a CartUs oval. I then placed a piece of cheese cloth behind  the oval and matted them onto a Joy Crafts Noor! Design oval.


For my shaped card I used GoKreate XXL frilly frame #5 and Maja Design Coffee In The Arbour "Lets Share A Cookie" papers.
Other dies used are Marianne Design Anja's Vintage decoration and clock. La - La - Land heart doily border, bulid a bee and cherry blossom branches. Magnolia Doohickey bride bow and bloomy tag. Spellbinders Shapeabilites butterfly ( I adhered a silver ice cream charm to the centre of the butterfly.)
Joy Crafts Billes florishes in the flower arrangement.
I inked the die cuts with Tim Holtz aged mahogany distress ink.
Along the bottom of the card I used 65mm lace Celeste and shabby rose pink organza trim.


For my flower arrangement I used a 30mm light Ivory wild rose and 25mm vintage pink roses, white Kort & Godt chysanthemums, white flower spray, marshmallow frosted berries, pomegranate apples and Vintage pearl pin "crown teardrop."
I painted a little white gesso over the flower arrangement.


The shabby chic frame is Mellissa Frances.
I painted it wit white Gesso and rubbed it over with aged mahogany distress ink.
I printed the keep calm sentiment and reduced the size in MS Word. I sprinked some Frantage shabby white embossing enamel around the sentiment and adhered it behind the frame.

I dotted Tilda's cheeks with a Inkssentials opaque white pen.
I added ArtDeco glamour dust to the frills on Tilda's all in one and used glossy accents on the ice cream and drips.
I surrounded the image with Ranger white liquid pearls and 3mm s/a pearls.


Inside the card is decorated with design paper and a Joy Crafts oval.
