Santa Delivering Presents And A New Challenge At Simply Magnolia.

Good morning, crafty bloggers.
I hope you are well on this chilly Autumn morning!?
Today we have a new challenge starting at Simply Magnolia and this time our challenge theme is Lace and Pearls.
Our wonderful sponsor for this challenge is the lovely Sandy from
Live & Love Crafts with a £10 voucher to spend in her super store for one lucky winner!

I have made a Christmas card.
I hope you like it?

I used Santa Delivering Presents. A 2008 stamp. I love the oldies!
The image is stamped with Memento rich cocoa ink onto Neenah cardstock.
I have coloured the image with Prismacolor and Polychromos pencils.

For my shaped card I used GoKreate large frames frilly #2 and Maja Design It's Christmas Time papers.
Other dies used are La - La - Land heart doily border, Marianne Design ivy circle, Cheery Lynn french pastry doily, Doohickey bloomy tag and Joy Crafts Billes flourishes.
I lightly sanded the papers and inked the die cuts with Tim Holtz tea dye distress ink.
The lace across the bottom of the card is from ebay and the flat backed pearl trim is from
 Wild Orchid Crafts.
The vintage Merry Christmas postmark is Magnolia.

Here is a photo with the bloomy tag removed from the corps mini bag.
The sentiment is Crafters Companion. I have sprinkled Frantage shabby white embossing enamel to each corner of the tag and tied the bow with string pearls. the lace is from my Mother's friend.

I used a selection of flowers from Wild Orchid Crafts. The chrysanthemums, pine cone, frosted berries and gold jingle bells are from Live & Love Crafts.
I coated the flowers etc with white modelling paste.

Here is a close up of santa Delivering Presents.
I sprinkled shabby white embossing enamel around the image and added ArtDeco glamour dust to Santa's hat trim, cuff and bottom of his coat.
I used Snow - Tex for Santa's pom pom and dotted his cheeks with an Inkssentials opaque white pen.

Inside the card is decorated with design paper and a Spellbinders stately circle.

We would love you to come and join in with the challenge.
My teamies have designed some gorgeous creations. Why not pop over for a peek?

I am entering my card into the following super challenges;

Thank you for stopping by to visit today and big thanks for all the lovely comments.
