Good afternoon, crafty bloggers.
I hope you are well?
Today I would like to share a decorated a gift bag that I have made featuring Waterlily Tilda with lots of summery colours.
I used Waterlily Tilda from The Summer Memories 2012 Collection.
The image is stamped with Memento rich cocoa ink onto Neenah cardstock and cut out using a Spellbinders floral oval.
I have coloured the image with Prismacolor and Polychromos pencils.
I bought the gift bag from Cuddly Buddly
I have used Maja Design Vintage Spring Basics papers.
Other dies used are Cheery Lynn nautical wheeler doily, Marianne Designs Creatables Anja's Vintage Decoration, Doohickeys bloomy tag, lovely fence, slender firs and butterfly.
I have inked the paper and dies with Tim Holtz tea dye distress ink. I Frantaged the Doohickey butterfly with shabby white embossing enamel and adhered 5mm pink pearls along the centre.
The pearl organza trim is from The Ribbon girl and the lace across the centre is from ebay.
I used 15mm lilac organza ribbon to tie the bows on the handle and placed a length of ribbon on top of the lace across the centre.
I used a Woodware punch for the tiny butterflies on the fence.
Here I have removed the tag from the corps mini bag.
The sentiment is from Lili Of The Valley and the fine lace and pearl strings are from my local haberdashery store.
Here is a close look at the front of the bag.
The flowers are from Wild Orchid Crafts and The Ribbon Girl.
Her is a close look at Waterlily Tilda.
I surrounded the image with shabby white embossing enamel and used a Inkssentials opaque white pen to dot Tilda's cheeks.
I hope you like what you see?
I am entering my bag into the following super challenges;
