New Challenge At Simply Magnolia - Gorgeous Blooms.

Good afternoon, crafty blogger's.
Happy Easter to you all!

We have a new challenge starting today at Simply Magnolia and this time our challenge theme is
Gorgeous Blooms.
We want to see flowers on your card/project.
Our wonderful sponsor for this challenge is............

Magnolia-licious

One lucky crafter will win a Magnolia-licious special surprise!

I have made a shaped card featuring Unsunny Sky Tilda from the Sea Breeze 2013 Collection.

I have die cut a Spellbinders opulent oval with Neenah cardstock and stamped Unsunny Sky Tilda onto it with Memento rich cocoa ink.
I have coloured Tilda with Prismacolor and Polychromos pencils.
I have inked around the edges of the oval with Tim Holtz tea dye distress ink.
For the shaped card I have used 300gsm white Conqueror card and GoKreate large frames frilly#2 from Cuttingedgecrafts.
The pretty papers are Maja Design Vintage Autumn Basics from Live & Love Crafts.
The white doily is from Ebay. I have adhered 3mm white pearls onto the doily.
I placed some cheese cloth behind a Cheery Lynn nautical doily. I have inked around the doily with tea dye distress ink.
My super bloggy friend sent me some Doohickey lovely umbrella die cuts.
I have inked the edges of the umbrella with tea dye distress ink and tied a piece of white shabby seam binding from Live & Love Crafts through the eyelet at the top into a bow.
I have adhered a pink 5mm pearl to the centre of the bow.
The butterflies are Memory Box Pippi. I have frantaged them with shabby white embossing enamel from Live & Love Crafts I coloured the centres with a raspberry Prismacolor pencil and adhered 3 3mm white pearls to each of them.
The everyday grungy messages sentiment is from Lili Of The Valley.
I inked the edges of the sentiment with tea dye distress ink and adhered 3 3mm white pearls along the top.

For the gorgeous blooms I have used pink Prima roses. 25mm ivory rose and 15mm white roses from Wild Orchid Crafts. Kort & Godt chrysanthemums and frosted marshmallow berries from
For the foliage I have used Cheery Lynn pine branches and Martha Stewart woodland branches.
I have inked the edges of the branches with tea dye distress ink.

I have surrounded Unsunny Sky Tilda with shabby white embossing enamel and added ArtDeco glamour dust to the rain droplets.
I dotted Tilda's cheeks with a Inkssentials opaque white pen.

Inside the card is decorated with design paper and a Spellbinders opulent oval.
