Good afternoon, crafty blogger's.
I hope you are well?
I love this time of year because I just love making Christmas cards.
This one is an order for a lady.
For the shape of the card I have used 300gsm white Conqueror card and GoKreate frilly frames #2.
The papers are Maja Design "It's Christmas Time" from Dies To Die For. I have inked the edges of the papers with Tim Holtz "tea dye" distress ink.
The white doily and lace is from Ebay.
I die cut a Spellbinders beaded circle with Neenah cardstock and stamped Jingle Bell Rudolf from the Winter Wonderland collection 2013 onto it with Memento "rich cocoa" ink.
I have coloured Rudolf with Polychromos pencils and inked around the outside of the beaded circle with "tea dye" distress ink.
I have adhered tiny white pom~pom bobble trim from The Ribbon Girl around the inside of the beaded circle and sprinkled some Frantage shabby white embossing enamel from Live & Love Crafts around the image.
I placed a gold jingle bell through white shabby seam binding and tied it into a bow.
The shabby binding is from Live & Love Crafts and the jingle bell is from a Lindt chocolate Santa.
The trees are Magnolia Doohickey slender spruce firs.
I have inked the edges of the trees with "tea dye" distress ink and painted snow onto them with
Snow ~ Tex from Live & Love Crafts.
The little deer die cut is Marianne Designs. I have Frantaged the deer with shabby white embossing enamel.
I have computer generated the sentiment in word using Harrington Font 14 and die cut it with a small Spellbinders floral oval.
I inked around the edges of the oval with "tea dye" distress ink and Frantaged around the sentiment with shabby white embossing enamel.
For the flower arrangement I have used a 25mm wild rose, 20mm white roses and 15mm brown roses from Wild Orchid Crafts.
The woodland branches between the arrangement are Martha Stewart.
I have inked the edges of the branches with "tea dye" distress ink.
Inside the card is decorated.
Here is a close up of Jingle Bell Rudolf.
I have added ArtDeco glamour dust to the bells around Rudolf's neck and used Ranger glossy accents on his nose.
I dotted Rudolf's cheeks with a Inkssentials opaque white pen.
I hope you like the card?
I am entering my card into the following super challenges:
