Good afternoon, crafty bloggers.
I am back again today with a Christmas card featuring
Ski Edwin With Snowflakes.
I have made a Triangle Joy Fold Card.
I found this fab tutorial for making the card HERE.
I used 300gsm white Conqueror card for the base.
The papers that I have used are called Krafty Christmas from Lili Of The Valley.
I have inked the edges of the papers with Tim Holtz "Tea Dye" distress ink and used a
Martha Stewart "Arch Lattice" edger punch for the border placing them to the inside and outer portion of the card. I have also inked the borders with "Tea Dye" distress ink.
I stamped Ski Edwin With Snowflakes with Memento black ink and coloured the image with Polychromos pencils.
I cut a couple of Cheery Lynn snowflake die cuts and inked around the edges with
"Tea Dye" distress ink adding a 5mm blue pearl to each of the centres.
I used a Martha Stewart Woodland branch punch to place among the flowers.
The flowers that I used are cream cherry blossom, a 25mm antique blue rose, 15mm blue roses and a 10mm white rose all from Wild Orchid Crafts.
The beaded berries are from The Ribbon Girl.
I cut a length of 25mm blue satin ribbon from The Ribbon Girl to make the bow and attached a gold jingle bell from Cuddly Buddly to the centre with some cotton.
The white metal vintage corner is from Live & Love Crafts.
The sentiment is from Cuddly Buddly. I have coloured the snowflakes and added a tiny blue rhinestone to each of the centres.
Here is the card open.
A close shot of Ski Edwin With Snowflakes.
I have added ArtDeco Glamour Dust to the pom pom, hat trim and snow on the ground.
I sprayed the complete image with Crafters Companion Spray & Sparkle.
Edwin's cheeks are dotted with a Inkssentials opaque white pen.
I hope you like my Christmas card!
I am entering my card into the following super challenge.
Thank you for stopping by and thanks for all the lovely comments.
