Featured in Making Cards Magazine - March 2018 Issue for Swedish House Crafts

Exciting news!!!
I have been published in Making Cards magazine March 2018 issue, which is on sale now.
I am also featured on Swedish House Crafts HERE

I absolutely love using Gummiapan, and Roxstamps dies along with Maja Design Sofiero, and Monochromes papers.
I decided to design a 50th Birthday card using many of the great quality, and versatile metal dies.

Here is my card titled Fabulous at 50.
Of course you don't have to make the card to celebrate a 50th Birthday. You can change number using the Gummiapan Anniversary numbers for any age or anniversary celebration.

Maybe you remember this Story cake glasing die in store maybe or on Hochanda?
It is one of the most beautiful detailed cake dies. The little butterflies are included with the cake die.

I also used tons of paper flowers using both sets of Gummiapan flower dies.

Here you can see one of the most popular sold Roxstamps dies, the heart wreath die.
I've used this die loads of times on my cards. I love to embellish it with pearls and layer the hearts by making them look 3D.

Here is the magazine cover where my beautiful lady boss, and store owner Suha got featured while the cake is visible in the layering technique.
My cake on the cover, and Suha's beautiful face!

And my featured step by step on how I made the card.

I am so excited about my 1st publication for Swedish House Crafts, and all of us girls on the design team are looking forward for much more in the future!

Thank you for stopping by, and I hope you like what I have shared here with you today.

Swedish House Crafts - Bunny Tilda card

Hello, lovely blogger friend's.

I'm here with my DT card for Swedish House Crafts.

I have made a pink card featuring 2 Magnolia mini world stamps.
Floral Background, and Bunny Tilda.

The mini stamps come unmounted. You will need to mount them onto a sheet of EZ Mount prior to stamping them on you card/paper.

The pink design papers that I used are from the new collection of Maja called Celebration.

The mini stamps were so easy to colour, what with being small, but I really enjoyed colouring them with my Polychromos pencils.

The pink design papers that I used are from the new collection of Maja called Celebration.

I used Gummiapan nesting stitched squares for the base of my card, and to layer the papers, and white card.

I used Roxstamps Curlicue decor edge die to cut the design paper, and fixed it behind the card front at the top. I embellished it with 3mm sticky white pearl flatbacks from my stash!

I used lots of other dies that are available to buy at Swedish House Crafts.

The pretty lace is from my stash.

Links to the products are in text, and can be found at the end of my post.

A closer look at the coloured image's.

I stamped floral background onto Bristol board cardstock and cut out using Gummiapan nesting stitched square.

I stamped Bunny Tilda, coloured her, and cut around her. I used 3D foam tape to the back of Tilda, and adhered her to the bottom of the background.

The flowers are from my stash. The banners, and birdie are Gummiapan dies.

Behind my flower arrangement, you can see Gummiapan hens net. I cut it using Maja Celebration papers.

The toadstools, and cute hedgehog are dies that were included in Magnolia Doohickey club vol 16.
sadly, due to the kits being limited edition, vol 16 is no longer available, but you are able to pre order vols 19, and 20 in store. You will also be entitled to 5% off your pre order by using code;

Inside the card is decorated to complement the front.

Swedish House Crafts - Celebrate Your Life With Maja

Hello, lovely blogger friend's.
I hope you are well?

I'm here to share my DT creation for Swedish House Crafts blog.

I hope you like it?

I have made a 65th Birthday card for my Step Mother.
She loves Art Deco, and what better than to make her a card with the stunning new collection of Maja papers called "Celebrate".
Links to the products are in text, and can be found at the end of my post.

I used GoKreate large frame frilly #5 for the base of my card, and layer the papers onto my card.

The pretty lace is from my stash.

I chose to use the above image. There are six large image's, and seven image's in the form of stamps on the sheet, so lots to choose from. With the complete collection, you can choose the coordinating papers to match.

I used large antique luxury metal corners to embellish either of the corners on the image.
The corners are antique in colour, but I painted them with white Gesso, and once dried, I rubbed over them with Memento black ink.

I used Roxstamps heart wreath die to cut the papers, and embellished it with sparkly heart, and clear rhinestone embellishments. The hearts and rhinestones are from my stash.

The Happy Birthday text die is Gummiapan. I used papers from the collection to cut the text.

I hand made the flowers, again using a selection of the papers. The larger flower is made using Gummiapan flowers 3 dies, and the rolled roses are made using Marianne Design English rose dies.

In between the flowers, I placed a milky white barley stem available to buy in store.

I die cut the heart tags using Doohickey so wrapped lovely die, and papers.

Here you can also see more of my hand made rolled roses.

Inside the card is decorated to complement the front.
