Tim Holtz Village Dwelling/Bell Tower And Village Winter

Hello, lovely blogger friends.
I hope you are well?
A few weeks ago I made a gingerbread house using Tim Holtz village dwelling and gingerbread house Bigz die cuts.
If you want to see the gingerbread house then you can find my post on how I made it HERE
To complete my Christmas village I have made the bell tower and village Winter to go with the gingerbread house.

WARNING! PICTURE HEAVY!

The church
I sprayed the structure of the village dwelling and bell tower die cuts with silver craft spray and inked the roof, portico, porch posts, bell tower roof , windows and front door with Tim Holtz Vintage photo distress ink.
The angel charm above the door and the wreath charm on the door have been painted white with Gesso and sprinkled with glamour dust.
I couldn't resist adding floral arrangements on top of the roof front and back.
The gold bell inside the tower is one that was tied around a Lindt chocolate Santa.
Hubby ate the Santa! Lol!!!
I used a soft tooth brush and Snow - Tex to flick the snow on and around the church.

An angled view of the church

The back of the church

For the floral arrangements I used Cheery Lynn pine branches and Joy Craft Vintage flourishes holly leaves, larch cones, Silver berries,15mm tan open roses and 10mm 2 tone blue open roses.

Here is the third addition to my village.
I used village dwelling and village Winter Bigzs die cuts for my little house.
I sprayed the base, roof, portico, chimney, front door, step and porch posts with silver craft spray and inked the structure walls of the house with Tim Holtz Vintage photo distress ink.
I kept the windows white.
For the door knob I used a white brad and adhered a white snowflake die cut that my special crafty friend sent me to the front of the portico.
I decorated the roof with white pearls on wire and made small snowballs with pom poms and coated them with glamour dust.
Again I used a soft tooth brush with Snow - Tex to flick the snow on and around the house to make it all Wintry.

An angled view of the house.

My completed Christmas Winter village.
Inside the houses and the church are battery operated tea lights to illuminate the village at night time.
A photo is to follow.

I hope you like my village as much as I liked (loved) making it?

I am entering my village into the following super challenges;
(2nd Entry)

Thanks for stopping by to visit and big thanks for taking the time to leave a comment.
